We take pride in our Aéropostale® brand and our customers by designing, sourcing, marketing, and selling our own merchandise. As a result, we do not authorize the resale of Aéropostale® merchandise. You can purchase up to 50 units of Aéropostale® merchandise per day. Purchases above 50 units per day by a single customer will not be allowed.

IN-STORE PURCHASE POLICY:

Purchases of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise made in any U.S. Aéropostale® store may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the date of purchase with the original Aéropostale® sales or gift receipt. If you are entitled to a shipping refund or if you need further assistance, please Contact Us.

Please note:

  • Returns will not be accepted without an original Aéropostale® sales or gift receipt.
  • All returns will reflect original discounts and promotions.
  • Returns with an original sales receipt will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made.
  • Returns with an original gift receipt will be refunded with a Merchandise Return Card at the selling price on the gift receipt.
  • U.S. purchases made using a gift card or credit card will be credited to the original form of payment.
  • U.S. purchases made using Klarna, PayPal Credit® or PayPal® as a payment method can be returned in store for a store credit, not a refund to your account.
  • Swimwear and underwear can only be returned/exchanged with the price tickets attached.

  • Items purchased online and picked up in an Aéropostale® store must be exchanged or returned to a US store and must be accompanied by the original Aéropostale® pickup receipt.
  • Swimwear and underwear can only be returned/exchanged with the price tickets attached.
  • Online-Only items, online purchases made in Canada, Room Merchandise (including bedding and accessories), nor fragrance can be returned to stores as they are online exclusives. Exclusions list can be found online Here. Exclusion list is subject to change.
  • All approved returns made within 60 days of the purchase date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment (including gift purchases) within 30 days of receiving your returned package and will reflect original discounts and promotions.
  • U.S. purchases made using a gift card or credit card will be credited to the original form of payment.
  • All returns made with a gift receipt will be refunded as a store credit.
  • Online purchases made using an alternate form of payment such as Klarna, PayPal Credit®️, PayPal®️, ApplePay etc. can be returned in store for a store credit only.
  • Shipping and handling costs, giftwrap costs and other charges are non-refundable. We may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.

RETURN BY MAIL INSTRUCTIONS 

(For online purchases only)

  1. Find your order number on your packing slip, order email or shipping email.
  2. Visit https://returns.narvar.com/aeropostale/returns and enter in your order number and email address to initiate your return.
  3. Choose return by mail as your return method.
  4. Print out your return label and packing slip.
  5. Package your return item(s) and attach your return label to the box.
  6. Drop off your return. Find a UPS shipping center or drop off location

It is easy to return products purchased on www.aeropostale.com to any Aéropostale® store. To find a store location near you, please use our Store Locator. (Please note that returns must be made in-person. Aéropostale® retail stores do not accept returns via mail).

THIRD PARTY BILLING

  • We will not accept C.O.D. or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
  • Third-Party receipts are not valid and will not be accepted.
  • U.S. purchases made using PayPal Credit® or PayPal® as a payment method can be returned to store for store credit, only.

GIFT CARD PURCHASE RETURN POLICY

If an online gift card was used, the refund amount will be applied to your original online gift card. If you no longer have the original gift card, please Contact Us to receive a new gift card or online code.
